The Whispers of Oblivion prologue missions for StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void are now available if you preorder.
Whispers of Oblivion focuses on some solo missions with the ascending Protoss leader Zeratul. These missions see Zeratul investigating that Xel’naga prophecy about the end of the universe, to check if it matches events he is experiencing today. Of course, preordering also gives you access to the Legacy of the Void beta.
If you’re a hardcore Battle.net user, you will want to get the Digital Deluxe Edition. Blizzard now promises a StarCraft Warrior, complete with a Voidseeker mount for Heroes of the Storm. They promise even more items for Hearthstone and World of Warcraft.
And if you were only interested in competitive play today? You can get StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm in standalone form today, so that you won’t need to acquire Wings of Liberty.
