Transformers: Devastation, a hack and slash action game developed by Platinum Games, received a new gameplay trailer, showcasing the visual art style and combat, today.
The trailer shows Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and other iconic characters from the Transformers franchise, fighting off members of the Decepticons in a visual style that is reminiscent of The Transformers television show. Players will be able to switch between the robots’ bipedal as well as their vehicular forms to take on their enemies with a range of different attacks.
Transformers: Devastation sees the return of some of the original cast of voice actors including Peter Cullen (Optimus Prime), Dan Gilvezan (Bumblebee), Michael Bell (Sideswipe), Gregg Berger (Grimlock) and Frank Welker (Megatron, Soundwave).
Transformers: Devastation will be released this fall for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
