Call of Duty Black Ops 3 Pre-Alpha Scorestreaks

June 30, 2015 by Ryan Parreno

This video explains the state of scorestreaks in the last publicly playable build,

We have some new details on the scorestreaks in Call of Duty Black Ops 3. Bear in mind that this info comes from the E3 pre alpha, and may not reflect the final version. This information comes to us courtesy of Prestige, whom you can subscribe to on YouTube here.

12 scorestreaks were available in alpha, but there were 18 slots, so more may be added in in the future.

The UAV at 400 points is the same here as it is every year. What is good is you can call the UAV in quickly.

The HCXD at 425 points is the RCXD from Call of Duty Black Ops 2, only with a thrust powered jump and the ability to drive on walls.

The Dart at 525 points is a pile on antipersonnel drone. It can dive bomb or lock onto an opponent.

The Care Package at 550 points hands out a random bonus. It can take a long to come out, with our source clocking in 30, 35, even 45 seconds before it came out.

The Counter UAV at 600 points disables the minimap and can be called in quickly, just like the UAV.

The Lightning Strike at 750 points allows you to call the computer, place three areas, and bomb them. This time, you pull out a tablet to use this streak, but it otherwise works the same.

The Talon at 975 points is a Call of Duty Black Ops 2 escort drone. You can remote control it, or have it do recon for you.

The Cerberus at 1000 points is an airdropped drone, that rolls around to kill people.

The Wraith at 1100 points is a stealth chopper you can place anywhere on the map. You can use it to do things like watch a flag.

The R.A.P.S. at 1275 stands for Robotic Anti-Personnel Sentry. Much like other drones, it goes around killing opponents at your discretion.

The Combat Robot, or GI Unit at 1400 points is a more advanced drone with cool functions. It has Patrol and Guard modes that you can utilize to have it defend designated locations, such as flags.

Finally, the Mothership is the last scorestreak and its worth saving up for. It comes with machinge guns, rockets, and controllable cameras. Best of all, it allows as many as three players to get on board and shoot enemies using turrets.

Call of Duty Black Ops 3 will be released on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One on November 6, 2015.
