The Deckers in Saints Row are the masters of cyberspace—the hackers—of the game's setting. THQ has released a video revealing each of these characters. More than that, the video shows us what they do and where they go.
They're a huge part of the game and the cyberspace—the Decker Usernet—they inhabit is an actual place like Tron! I jumped out of my socks when I saw that it was possible for the protagonist to make his way into virtual reality, represented by a digital avatar and doing battle in the alternate setting.
Given what we've seen so far, it's safe to say that Saint's Row: The Third may well be the most insanely creative third person shooter to ever exist. It's set for a release on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on November 15.
