Recore From Inafune And Comcept Is A New And Original Xbox Exclusive

June 15, 2015 by Ryan Parreno

The trailer indicates you will be using a bot that can switch between bodies.

Microsoft has revealed a completely original IP for Xbox One. Introducing Recore, a new IP from Inafune, Comcept, and Armature Studios.

All we know about Recore for now comes from a brief cinematic trailer. The trailer shows a young girl playing with a doglike robot, in what seems like a savannah setting they explore. The two are attacked by spiderlike bots while attempting to seek refuge. The girl has a gune and grappling hook, and the dog has its own attacking capabilities, including a seeming suicide move. The girl revives the bot, by seemingly moving its core into a larger, humanlike robot body. They open up a door to attack what appears to be the den where the spiders come from. The trailer ends with hints that the bot can move between multiple bodies.

Recore will be releasing this Spring 2015. Are you looking forward to this completely original IP? Share your thoughts with us in the comments.
