Final Fantasy 4: The After Years 3D Remake Hits Steam Next Month

Final Fantasy 4: The After Years has received a 3D overhaul ahead of its launch on PC in May.

The game is available to pre-order on Steam and you'll get 10 per cent off if you do so now. At the moment, it seems the remake isn't listed on the store – which usually updates at 13:00 EDT – but we'll update the link later.

The After Years was originally released for PlayStation Portable and WiiWare in 2D before being launched on iOS and Android devices in 3D. Set 20 years after the events of Final Fantasy 4, several key characters return along with new heroes such as Ceodore, Cecil and Rosa's son.

Final Fantasy 4: The After Years will be on sale from May 12th and include trading cards and achievements.
