CD Projekt RED has shared a new video forThe Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, featuring Game Of Thrones actor Charles Dance.
Fans of Game Of Thrones actor may know Dance best as Tywin Lannister, the ruthless patriarch of the Lannisters and the richest man in all of Westeros. Tywin was a ruthless leader and an intimidating presence in the HBO series.
Dance certainly brought some aspects of that personality over to his character in The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, the emperor of Nlifgaard, Emhyr var Emreis. Whereas Lannister already met his end in the popular HBO show, Emhyr returns for the Wild Hunt, as the man who has hired Geralt to find Ciri, now a literal living weapon.

In The Witcher 2: Assassin of Kings, it comes to light that Emhyr hired Letho to assassinate the Northern kings to precipitate his conquest of their kingdoms.
Dance revealed that this is his first video game role, but he certainly fit into his role like a new skin. You can watch him marvel about his role and how far video games had gone in a mere decade below.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be released on May 19 on Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
