Battlefield 4: DICE Wants Your Opinion For Developing a Free Map

April 15, 2015 by Ian Miles Cheong

Your opinion is needed to develop a free map for BF4.

EA Games and Visceral may have released Battlefield Hardline, but that doesn't mean Battlefield series developer DICE has given up on the previous game in the series, Battlefield 4. In fact, the studio plans to put out new maps for the game as part of the game's Community Map Project.

Before they start building any maps, however, the studio wants to take the community's input in deciding which map to create. To that end, they want players to vote on the final aspect of the map by choosing a "Map Concept."

Here's what that entails:

"The idea with having three concept options is to incorporate the previous poll results and ideas, while still maintaining three distinctly different map layouts and settings.

We chose to focus each of the concepts around one of the top 5 Points of Interests, and of course they all include a waterfall – after all, this was the top rated Point of Interest!"

Head on over to the concept poll to voice your opinion.
