Final Fantasy Type-0 HD Has Shipped 1 Million Copies

April 10, 2015 by Jacob Saylor

A milestone, indeed.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD released last month for the Playstation 4 as the remaster to a title released only on Sony's Playstation Portable. It would appear that Square Enix made the right choice in bringing the game to the current generation of consoles, as Type-0 HD has apparently shipped over one million copies worldwide.

While this number doesn't represent the actual number of copies sold, it's safe to say that the game will cross this barrier as well. Type-0 HD has only been out since March 17 and there is still a lot of demand for the game.

Players were also asked to provide their opinion on the Final Fantasy XV demo via a feedback survey. When this polling ends on April 27, Square Enix director Hajime Tabata will discuss any given feedback in the company's "Active Time Report."

Square Enix has been extremely busy lately. They've got a myriad of different projects in the works, including the likes of both Kingdom Hearts 3 and Final Fantasy XV.
