BitSummit and Indie Megabooth Partner for Kyoto Expo

April 1, 2015 by Stephen Daly

Sadly not called BitSummit: Kyoto Protocols.

BitSummit and Indie Megabooth have announced a partnership for the BitSummit 3: Return of the Indies expo this summer in Kyoto Japan.

The expo will take place on July 11th and 12th in the Miyako Messe convention center.

BitSummit has also formed a Japanese organisation called JIGA with the likes of Q-Games Ltd, Pygmy Studio, and Vitei Inc to help the organisation grow as Japan's indie scene expands.

Last year's event attracted 5,000 attendees and included major exhibitors such as Unity 3D, The Behemoth, Epic Games Japan, Sony Computer Entertainment Japan, and Microsoft Japan.

You can find out more on the Indie Megabooth website.
