You have full control of your summoned Eidolon, but you lose one of three characters to perform the summon. There is also a time limit on how long you use your Eidolon. So, you have to think carefully when you summon, and even if you want to.
Eidolons are also upgradable, and each upgrade comes with different variations
Ifrit is a gigantic beast that causes massive, fire-based damage that goes far.
Shiva is an icy blue female with ice powers, but also with an interesting twist. With her rollerskates, she zips through the battlefield with ease. She is no Elsa, as her moves involve acrobatic twirls which use her skates as weapons.
Odin is another imposing figure, a fully armored and helmed warrior on a dark horse. He’s almost misnamed, as rather than acting like the great father figure of Norse legend, he is a dealer of death, with an ability to target and instakill enemies.
Finally, Diabolos is a floating demon who travels quickly, turning into a swarm of bats. He can also kill enemies just by touching them, but his abilities are mostly based on gravity.
