Final Fantasy Type-0 HD: Screenshots Show Off Battles, New Students

February 23, 2015 by Ryan Parreno

We’ve covered some of these kids already, so we’re focusing here on Cater, Cinque, and Trey.

We have some new screenshots for you from Final Fantasy Type-0 HD.

Aside from photos of several monsters and battles, these screenshots feature several kids from Class Zero all at once, including Cater, Jack, Seven, Cinque, Deuce, and Trey. We’ve covered some of these kids already, so we’re focusing here on Cater, Cinque, and Trey.

Cater is the impulsive, confident, straightforward type. She gives everything she has in every situation and hides nothing. She’s also competitive and tends to trust her instincts, although that doesn’t always work for her. She uses a magic gun.

Trey has a personality reverse of Cater’s although this does not necessarily mean they’re often in opposition. He’s a calm, well-mannered, disciplined boy, and something of an intellectual. He tends to talk a lot, with almost a propensity for showing off his wealth of knowledge. It’s so bad that other students are already used to interrupting him. Still, he’s considerate to his classmates and tries to help them as much as he can. He uses the bow.

Cinque is a contradiction in many ways. She seems to be a naïve, weak willed person, who would not fit in in a special class like Class Zero. However, she is also an intuitive, with an occasional propensity to make incredibly insightful observations. She is also one of the strongest students in Class Zero, wielding a large mace. She strikes enemies without mercy.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD will be available on March 17 in the US and March 20 in Europe.
