Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor The Bright Lord Looks Amazing

February 19, 2015 by Jacob Saylor

Middle Earth gets more content.

Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor released last October to rave reviews. While some criticized it for being a bit repetitive, most argued that it was the best Lord of the Rings game to come along in some time.

Upcoming downloadable content 'The Bright Lord' will allow you to play as ally Celebrimbor. You'll have the opportunities to use Celebrimbor's ring of power, using it to battle against Dark Lord Sauron. Celebrimbor's arsenal of different skills comes with a particular penchant for area-of-effect spells. He can also sacrifice branded followers to regain health.

The DLC will encompass ten new missions for players to work their way through. It's going to cost you $9.99, unless you've purchased the Season Pass – in which case, you've already shelled out the necessary dough to dive in.

There's no release date confirmed yet, but early marketing material suggests you'll be able to download 'The Bright Lord' on March 10, 2015.
