Leak Reveals More On Upcoming Destiny Expansion, Level Cap Increase And New Story Missions

February 4, 2015 by John Walton

A time for wolves.

Further details regarding the upcoming expansion for Destiny have been unearthed on Reddit, with the discovery of new content, equipment and weapons. Bungie have yet to make any official announcement for House of Wolves, outside of telling us the name of the expansion itself. Included in the leak is an extensive list of new legendary and exotic weapons and armour sets, as well as new crucible maps, new storyline missions, strikes and a new raid known as The Arena.

In addition to this, weekly activities in the game will increase from level 30 to level 32. One of the biggest scraps of information to be uncovered was the tentative confirmation that the new DLC will launch on the 19th May, which if rumours are to be believed will dismiss previous assumptions that the expansion would see a March release date window.

House of Wolves is the second confirmed DLC for Destiny, and will involve tracking down rogue members of the House of Wolves itself who have turned their backs on the Queen of the Reef. The DLC will be a timed exclusive for PlayStation Network until Fall 2015.
