Mortal Kombat X Trailer Confirms the Return of Reptile

Don’t use tongues, people.

NetherRealm Studios has confirmed that one of Mortal Kombat's earliest characters will be making a triumphant return in the next instalment.

The video shows how Reptile will perform in Mortal Kombat X, and we see some of his familiar invisibility, acid spit, and tongue attacks.

Reptile takes on Kung Lao, who was recently confirmed for the game, and it seems his attacks have never been more powerful. The trailer ends with a particularly savage Reptile fatality, which is appropriate as the developer has said it will be the “most brutal Kombat experience ever.”

Mortal Kombat X is set for release worldwide on April 14, 2015 for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Windows PC.
