Two new characters for the upcoming Wii U-exclusive Xenoblade Chronicles X have been revealed, and we've got the scoop. They've both got their own quirks about them, and should prove to be solid additions to the Xenoblade universe.
This big guy's name is – appropriately – Van Damme. He is the commander of the game's private military organization: BLADE. Previously, he was the chief engineer of a space-faring immigrant ship known as 'Moby Dick.' His character attributes list that he's ill-mannered and says things without thinking sometimes. He's supposedly a very normal guy, except when his sharp tongue gets the better of him.
The other new addition to the game comes in the form of Irina. This new character is a member of BLADE, even if her status in the organizatio doesn't match up to Van Damme's. Previously, she was a member of a government special operations unit: The Doll Squad. She's apparently a bit of a tomboy, and feels strongly that she has to defend the people of in-game planet Mira.
We're very excited to play as both Irina and Van Damme in this highly-anticipated Wii U title.
