The latest issue of Jump magazine seems to have revealed a new female character for Final Fantasy 15.
She is described as a ‘so-called mechanic’ who is ambivalent about getting oil smeared on her face. The screenshot shows her smiling while talking to Gladiolus, who is apparently a friendly person himself. Do Noctis and his friends know here from before, or is she a new friend they make along the way?
Having her be previewed this early may also hint at several things, such as this mechanic girl appearing in the upcoming demo, or being a major part of a basic game mechanic. She may do basic repair for Noctis and company’s weapons, and/or help upgrade them.
She also marks the fourth female character revealed for the game, as opposed to the ten male characters.
Final Fantasy 15 is planned for release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
