Dying Light’s Interactive Trailer Tests Your Survival Skills

December 17, 2014 by Stephen Daly

You’ll need to play more than once to get the most out of this trailer.

;

Dying Light developer Techland has released a new interactive trailer which allows players to test their survival skills in one of the game's quarantine zones using actually gameplay footage.

This non-linear video allows viewers to choose their own path through one of the game's missions, and highlights the number of ways players can approach the open world of Dying Light. As you work your way through the trailer, you can unlock original artwork and discover interesting details about the enemies you'll face and the game's mechanics.

To get the most out of the trailer, you'll need to play more than once and choose different outcomes. Techland strongly suggests playing on a desktop PC rather than a mobile device.

Dying Light is set for release on PC, PS4, and Xbox One from January 27th, and it was recenly confirmed that the game will not have any review embargoes.
