Atlus keeps the Shin Megami Tensei love flowing on 3DS with Devil Survivor 2: Record Breaker, now announced for released in the US. Just as 2011's Devil Survivor: Overclocked was an enhanced port of the first Devil Survivor on DS, Record Breaker spruces up Devil Survivor 2 for its 3DS outing.
There will be an all-new localization that improves upon the original DS version, fully voiced dialog, and additional story that effectively doubles the length of the game. As is usual with Atlus games, there will be a bevy of pre-order and special edition bonuses, but those details have yet to be shared.
Devil Survior 2: Record Breaker is targeting early 2015, and it will carry the dreaded "Atlus tax" — in other words, it'll be $49.99 rather than the $39.99 most 3DS games typically run for.
