Fortress siege/tower defense strategy game Orcs Must Die! is headed for PlayStation 4. In this new chapter in the series, entitled Orcs Must Die! Unchained, players will once again collect trap and spell cards to build elaborate defenses against incoming hordes of Orcs. The goofy and charismatic War Mage is back, as is the cold and commanding Sorceress introduced in Orcs Must Die! 2, and from the looks of the trailer above, there will be two new characters making their grand debut.
The footage is chock full of Robot Entertainment's signature silly charm, and despite some of the game's rather predictable and tired gender tropes, I enjoy the series' well crafted blend of action and strategy. This will be another win for Sony. Take a peek at some of the screenshots below, which will give you a little glimpse at some of the new characters.
