Fans' prayers have been answered: Majora's Mask is coming to 3DS and will undergo the same stereoscopic 3D treatment as Ocarina of Time 3D before it. Above, Imgur user KeatonKafei has pulled screens from the debut trailer and compared them with similar scenes from the N64 original. You can clearly see where models and textures have been improved.
Majora's Mask is a much different game compared to Ocarina of Time. Though it shares the same engine and many of the same character models, the story itself goes in a much darker place. As Link, you must don a variety of magical masks in order to prevent the Moon from crashing into the parallel world of Termina. You only have three days to complete this task, but you can turn back the clock as much as you want to give yourself more time. The biggest difference compared to Ocarina is the increased importance of NPC interaction is — each character has a set schedule, and it's your secondary objective to help solve their problems.
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D arrives for 3DS and 2DS in Spring 2015.
