Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Getting Dual Pack in North America

October 27, 2014 by Tony Ponce

Exclusive to Best Buy and Amazon.

Since day one, mainline Pokemon releases have been split across two versions featuring different content in order to foster trading among players. For most, just owning one is enough, but for hardcore Trainers, having copies of both is a matter of necessity. Not that it's all that difficult to simply walk into a store and buy one of each, but it's odd that Nintendo has never offered the convenience of a two-in-one bundle — until now.

Coming to North America is an Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Dual Pack, exclusively available at Best Buy and Amazon. At $79.98, you aren't saving any money making this single purchase versus buying each separately. You will, however, net yourself a download code for 200 free Potions. Doesn't sound like much of a deal, but collectors are sure to want to get their hands on this pack regardless.

Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire will arrive for 3DS on November 21.
