Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Adds New Photo Mode

Take high resolution selfies regardless of your platform of choice.

 Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor has received a new Photo Mode, allowing you to take photos, even selfies, in-game.

 If you have the game on PC, you will need to install the Photo Mode Content Update first. On PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, you need only enable the mode from the Options Menu. Once it is enabled, you can take a screenshot at any time pressing L3 on the DualShock 4, LS on the Xbox One controller, and P on the keyboard or clicking the left analog stick on PC.

Whatever your platform of choice, the game will automatically pause when you do this, and give you these photo editing options:

·         Camera – change where the camera is positioned

·         Field of View – change field of view and zoom

·         Depth of Field – modify intensity and focus of range from a set distance

·         Filter – pick from your common lens filters for special graphics effects

·         Vignette – add a vignette to the photo, and modify its size and intensity

·         Overlay – add photo frames and textures, such as film grain

·         Additionally, you can add a logo anywhere on the screen.

The mode has been optimized for each platform. On Xbox One, you can upload your pictures directly to OneDrive. On PlayStation 4, you of course use the Share button once the picture is ready, and you can have the pictures uploaded to your Capture Gallery, or Facebook if you connected the social network to your PSN. On PC, you can use the platform’s Steam Screenshot feature, or just use the common Print Screen feature.
