October 4, 2014 by Ian Miles Cheong

The crafting and customization systems of Dragon Age: Inquisition have been detailed in a new video.

The jar of bees makes its debut in the latest Dragon Age: Inquisition video, which features elements of the game’s crafting and customization.

The video, which runs two and a half minutes in length, takes an in-depth look at the crafting and customization systems of the upcoming fantasy role-playing game from BioWare. In the game, players can customize the gear of their main character as well as those of their followers, and alter their combat tactics to fit their personal play style.

The game allows players to collect recipes used to create powerful upgrades and potent items. These recipes, like much of the equipment in the game, is found in Dragon Age: Inquisition’s wide-open environment. Expect dragons and other major boss monsters to drop special loot, as well as these recipes to craft one-of-a-kind items.

In the video, BioWare showcases how certain special weapons and armors are made in the game’s intricate crafting system. Be sure to check it out below.

Yesterday, pages from the game’s artbork leaked early, revealing information about one of the game’s main characters, Morrigan, who was a leading character in the first game in the Dragon Age franchise. Details here.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is coming out for the PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 on November 18.
