Blizzard to Release Diablo Lore Book with Diablo III

Blizzard will give interested players a chance to delve into the lore of Diablo with the release of a new lore book.

Blizzard's Chris Metzen says that the company intends to release a Diablo lore book to accompany the release of Diablo III.

The book is said to take the form of a diary written by Deckard Cain, introducing players to the world, its monsters, and its mysteries in role-playing format.

It will include information about every notable character within the game, player classes, and extensive detail on the lore of Sanctuary and its history.

Neither Diablo III nor the lore book have been dated for release. More information is expected to be forthcoming at the upcoming BlizzCon event this coming September.
