Corocoro magazine has revealed the latest Mega Evolution Pokemon for Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.
Mega Sharpedo and Mega Camerupt, which were speculated upon in an earlier article, have now been confirmed. Mega Sharpedo will have a new ability, Strong Jaw, while Mega Camerupt’s new ability is called Sheer Force. Regarding stats, all of Mega Sharpedo’s stats get a jump, while Mega Camerupt gets a drop in speed and increase in everything else.
Mega Gallade was also newly revealed. His design deviates from the hoplite armor look, gaining cape like appendages at the back, as well as more handlike appendages on his arms.
Primal Kyogre has a new ability called Sea of Beginnings, which activates Strong Rain. Primal Groudon’s answer to this is Land of Endings, which activates Strong Sunlight. Primal Groudon also gets a new move called Cliff’s Blade.
Corocoro’s coverage ends with a special offer, as revealed by sister publication Weekly Shonen Sunday. The October 15th issue of Corocoro will come with special download codes for a trial version of Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire. Buyers will be able to start out the game with a choice between Grovyle, Combusken, or Marshtomp. Buyers will also have a chance to obtain a Mega Evolution.
