A new mod may have been discovered for Grand Theft Auto 5 for Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
A fan noticed that the E3 trailer for Grand Theft Auto 5 had a neon yellow greenish underglow. This has led fans to speculate that neon light underglow will become an available modification for the game when it comes for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The glow appears to emanate from the front and sides of the car. Some fans speculate on the possibility that the light could be coming from a different source, but it seems more likely that these are from the car itself.
This mod may not be for everyone, but there is definitely fan interest in neon underglow for the game. There are several threads online on the topic, and one fan created a script to add it in Grand Theft Auto Online now.
