Good news, European horror fans, The Evil Within will now be terrifying you at the same time as North American players, as publisher Bethesda has announced the game will now launch on the same date in both regions.
CVG reports that The Evil Within has been moved forward from Friday, October 17th to Tuesday, October 14th. The date has also been brought forward in India, the Middle East, and South Africa but remains unchanged in Australia (October 16th), New Zealand (October 17th), and Japan (October 23rd).
Pre-ordering the game will net you the Fighting Chance Pack, which adds several useful items to your inventory at the start of the game. At gamescom last month, Bethesda announced The Evil Within's €20 season pass, which includes access to three DLC packs: a two part campaign add-on, and a collection of map-based missions.
The game's voice cast, which includes actors from Watchmen and Dexter, was revealed last week.
The Evil Within was originally due for release in August before being delayed to October and then moved forward by a week.
