Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire : Mega Slowbro Speculation, Pre-Order Bonuses

The limited edition preorder bonuses forPokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire have been revealed.

These bonuses have so far only been announced for Europe, UK, Australia and New Zealand, but it is likely they will also go to the US. Pokemon Company and/or Nintendo may still be negotiating with US retailers on how to distribute these exclusives.

The limited edition from UK retailer GAME comes with a steelbook, a figure, and a keyring. These items are themed with either Groudon or Kyogre, depending on which version you purchased. Shopto, on the other hand, offers a Torchic keyring. Our source opines these are ideal bonuses, since they are nice little collectibles for fans, and do not directly affect the game itself.

A fan shares information and some speculation on Mega Slowbro. It will still say Water and Psychic Type. The moves Psychic, Psyshock, Scold, and Surf get STAB (same-type attack bonus). Its ability is Shell Armor, which keeps it protected from critical hit attacks.

Mega Slowbro is expected to see an increase in Defense and Special Attack. Our source speculates this will be Mega Slowbro’s stats:
