Invisible Inc. Now Available on Steam Early Access

August 19, 2014 by Ian Miles Cheong

Play Klei Entertainment’s latest game, a turn-based strategy game with an espionage bent.

Klei Entertainment, makers of such titles as Don’t Starve and Mark of the Ninja, has released its latest game, Invisible Inc. on Steam Early Access for both the PC and Mac platforms. The game is available for a price of $15.99 (20% off $19.99) during its early access period.

If you’re wondering what the game is about, read on!

Players take on the role of the “Operator” command an elite group of spies known as Invisible Inc., using stealth, information, and tactics as their only friends.

Like the XCOM series of turn-based strategy games, which heavily influenced the game, Invisible Inc. offers a procedurally generated world with danger around every corner. Players can hack into systems, upgrade agents, and manipulate guards in order to infiltrate and escape some of the most secure locations in the world.

Players can play in either endless or campaign modes. In the game’s campaign mode, you’ll have to use all of your deadly tactical skills to survive long enough to uncover the secrets behind Invisible’s founder and her mysterious AI assistant.

The early access trailer for the game can be seen below.

Players intrigued by the game can head on over to the game’s official Steam page to pick it up.
