We aren’t really big on posting leaked footage of games—oh, who am I kidding, of course we are, especially when it’s cool and interesting—but 80 minutes of Hotline Miami 2 footage has been leaked out ahead of the game’s release, showcasing the game’s first two acts. And last I checked, cool and interesting are definitely ways to describe Hotline Miami 2.
There’s a lot of spoilery stuff within the footage, so be forewarned that you probably shouldn’t watch it if you intend on getting a pure, untainted experience with Hotline Miami 2 when the game is released. There’s also a short glimpse of the game’s level editor, which allows players to create their own missions and challenges.
The footage was leaked by YouTuber LennyReviews, whom I’m certain will be on a blacklist of some sort after pulling this stunt.
Hotline Miami 2 is due for release before the end of the year on PC, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita.
