The Sims 4: Object Resizing, Everything in Buy Mode, and Neighborhood Tours

August 6, 2014 by Stephen Daly

Explore Willow Creek and Oasis Springs in two fresh The Sims 4 videos.

Above you can see an example of object resizing in The Sims 4 thanks to tadisacat on Reddit. The resize tool is useful depending on how large or small your Sims' home is but it's not clear yet just how large, or small, you'll be able to make items in the game.

That's not all we have for you though, as Honeywell's Sims 4 News Blog on Tumblr has put together every single object available for sale in the game's buy mode. Unsurprisingly, there is a lot, check out the blog to see what's available. An iPad like device, a push car for kids, and a freezer bunny shaped guitar are among the more interesting items. Many of the items will be available for unlocking by completing jobs or tasks.

TheSImsVip has also posted new tours of two of The Sims 4's neighbourhoods; Willow Creek and Oasis Springs. There will be six neighbourhoods in all but one of them consists only of a park. The neighbourhoods are split into residential and commerical lots as well as open areas where Sims can roam freely without loading screens.

Some non-playable areas exist within neighbourhoods and feauture empty houses and other decor to make the area feel like a mini-world.

You can check out the areas videos below.

EA released a new gameplay trailer for The Sims 4 yesterday, looking at the world's "most least" interesting Sim. The game launches on September 2nd on PC before coming to Mac later.
