Call of Duty Ghosts: Last DLC Pack, Nemesis, Trailer And Details

August 1, 2014 by Ryan Parreno

Four great new multiplayer maps and the end of the Extinction saga await you.

We have the details on the last DLC pack for Call of Duty Ghosts, simply titled Nemesis.

Nemesis ends the four part saga called Extinction, and takes you to the biggest Extinction level ever. You will be facing off with every Cryptid species seen in previous episodes, as well as Ancestors, a new enemy with mind control and psionic attacks. It looks every bit as epic as you imagine it could be.

The four multiplayer maps bundled with it include Goldrush, Subzero, Dynasty, and Showtime.

Goldrush is set in an abandoned goldmine. Two minecarts zip around the map, that can kill players that get in the way.

Subzero is in a frozen Canadian Subamrine base, with all the inhabitants inexplicably missing. A blizzard will be striking the base while you guys have your little shootout, so good luck with that.

Dynasty is in a lakeside Chinese village, filled with beautiful details. The map also happens to be very small and with some central chokepoints. Activision is giving this map the same killstreak found in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2.

Showtime is a reimagining of Shipment, the map from Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare, which was, until now, the smallest map ever made for the game. Activision is touting this map as essentially an arena, although it does not look like you are suddenly getting Quake – er, Call of Duty Advanced Warfare style jumping in this one.

Nemesis comes to Xbox Live first this coming August 5, before going on to other platforms. You can check out the full trailer below.
