Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Single-Player Campaign Trailer Goes Live

July 29, 2014 by Ian Miles Cheong

The campaign trailer for COD: Advanced Warfare is now available for viewing.

Activision and Sledgehammer Games have put out the first ever campaign story trailer for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. The trailer reveals the first global terrorist attack in history and details how terrorists attacked nuclear reactors on five continents simultaneously, throwing the world as we know it into chaos.

The year is 2054, and the world is a mess. With governments and military crippled, humanity turned to Atlas—a private military company that fought our wars and rebuilt our cities. The trailer shows Atlas’s rise to power and the consequences of that.

The trailer itself is interspersed with scenes from the game’s single-player campaign, with strong elements of future technology showcased within each scene. There’s exosuits, drones, spider tanks, and more.

The trailer ends with a glimpse of the game’s multiplayer world premier, which is coming on August 11th.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is set for release on the PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3 and PS4 on November 4, 2014.
