Yacht Club Games' Shovel Knight is making major waves on Wii U, 3DS, and Steam. Players love the game. They love the music. And before the year is up, they're probably going to love the merchandise as well.
YouTube channel Toy Pizza — a video blog hosted by Cade Hiser, Jesse DeStasio, and Nicky Fung — had several announcements regarding Shovel Knight merchandise plans and even revealed a foam shovel to be sold at ThinkGeek. Anyone familiar with ThinkGeek's foam Minecraft sword and pickaxe can expect a similar pixel treatment with SK's weapon of choice. ThinkGeek is also planning on selling a SK's helmet, while WeLoveFine is readying some Shovel Knight apparel and Pop Culture Shock is preparing Shovel Knight figurines.
