Naruto isn't the only major anime series getting a new game in the near future — the much more popular One Piece has a brand new title out this very month! One Piece: Unlimited World Red was originally a 3DS game when it dropped in Japan last year, but its platform count has been bumped to also include PS3, PS Vita, and Wii U for the Western release. Now Bandai Namco has announced that everyone will gain free access to the "Red Stands Alone" quest DLC immediately at launch.
The various release platforms come with stipulations, however. The 3DS, PS3, and Wii U will be available on July 8, but though the 3DS and PS3 versions both have physical runs, the Wii U build is digital only via eShop. The PS Vita version will come in phyical and digital flavors, but the boxed copy is a GameStop exlcusive. Furthermore, the retail Vita edition won't be available until July 14, while the digital edition will arrive the following day.
