Dragon Age 3 Inquisition: Hanging Out With Varric And Iron Bull

June 23, 2014 by Ryan Parreno

We think you are going to enjoy what Bioware has set up for fans for Inquisition.

We have new information regarding Varric and the Iron Bull, as they appear in Dragon Age 3: Inquisition.

This new interview sheds some light on what Varris is thinking in the time of the Inquisition. He isn’t exactly ecstatic, especially having to work so closely with Cassandra, given how she had interrogated him.

However, he couldn’t really blame her for it, considering he has been in the thick of nearly every major Dragon Age storyline. Here and now, he’s miles away from his loved ones, facing what appears to be the end times. He’s still the charming, amiable talker he’s always been, so you can rest assured he’ll be good company on your quest.

As for the Iron Bull, we have a little surprise for you regarding that. No less than Freddie Prinze Jr. (yes, of “She’s All That” fame!) has been named as the giant brute’s voice actor. Actually, Prinze also voiced everyone’s favorite cookie cutter soldier, James Vega, in Mass Effect 3, so he’s no stranger to this work at all. And no, he’s not using his normal voice.

This might sound crazy, but we think you’ll actually enjoy this. You can learn more about Prinze playing Iron Bull in the video below.

Dragon Age 3: Inquisition is coming to PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on October 7th.
