Call of Duty: Ghosts Invasion DLC Released

June 3, 2014 by Ian Miles Cheong

Invasion is now available for the Xbox platforms.

The Invasion DLC for Call of Duty: Ghosts has been released, and it includes four new small-to-medium sized multiplayer maps. The maps include a refreshed version of Favela, a popular favorite from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, and an all new mission for Ghosts’ Extinction co-op mode.

The map pack is currently available only for the Xbox One and Xbox 360 and weighs in at around 1.5gb. It’s available as a part of the game’s DLC season pass, and can be purchased separately for $14.99.

The Invasion DLC is the third of four planned map pack releases. Previous map packs include Onslaught, which launched in January, and Devastation, which came out in April. The next map pack should be out in a few months time.

DLC packs for Call of Duty titles have traditionally been released about a month later on the Playstation 3, 4, and PC, so it should be the same for Invasion.
