Bioware has a new post up regarding the Veil’s role in Dragon Age 3: Inquisition. Without exaggerating, we should say, this can possibly change everything.
The post discusses the possibility of a breach of the Veil into the rest of Thedas. In a sense, of course, everyone enter the Breach, anytime they enter their dreams. To a certain degree, small rifts into the Veil opening into Thedas are not uncommon either.
So, what we are talking about here is a large rift, something that could only be caused by a magic-based catastrophe, and would weaken the integrity of the Veil itself. Such an opening would let loose the demons and their armies into Thedas.
The text seems leading, so yes, it’s probably safe to conclude that a breach occurs in Dragon Age 3: Inquisition.
