According to Kotaku, Electronic Arts shut down Mythic Entertainment, the studio behind Warhammer Online and the mobile reboot for Dungeon Keeper.
"We are closing the EA Mythic location in Fairfax, Virginia, as we concentrate mobile development in our other studio locations. We are working with all impacted employees to provide assistance in finding new opportunities, either within EA or with other companies via an upcoming job fair," the company told the publication.
Mythic Entertainment was founded in 1995 and is best known for its 2001 MMORPG Dark Age of Camelot. Electronic Arts bought the company in 2006 and it was merged with BioWare later on. The studio itself has also been renamed during several occassions.
We wish everyone working at Mythic Entertainment the very best. Additionally, we hope that the talented staff can find other jobs in the video game industry.
