There’s a new map pack DLC on the way for Call of Duty: Ghosts, and it is set to feature a number of remade maps from previous games in the long-running series of first-person manshoots.
The DLC itself is dubbed “Invasion”, and small, but pretty visible screenshots have been leaked ahead of schedule on the PlayStation community forums.
One of the maps, named Pharaoh, is set in Egypt among ancient Egyptian ruins, presumably at an archaeological digsite.
Another map, Departed, takes place during the Day of the Dead (Dia de los Muertos) festival in an undisclosed location in Mexico.
The final map, Mutiny, takes place in a harbor where an old galleon ship happens to be docked. It’s got a very Pirates of the Caribbean feel to it.
More details of the maps and any additional contents of the Invasion DLC have yet to be revealed. We’ll keep you posted.
