Naruto Storm Revolution: Konohamaru and Iruka Confirmed In New Scan

May 21, 2014 by Ian Miles Cheong

Naruto Storm Revolution will see the inclusion of these two additional characters.

Konohamaru and Iruka have just been confirmed to be included as playable fighters in the upcoming Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution, according to a scan from a Japanese magazine, Weekly Shonen Jump, SaiyanIsland has confirmed. Their appearances in the game mark their debut in the Ultimate Ninja Storm franchise.

Fans familiar with the characters in the long-running anime series will have much to be pleased about with their presence in the game.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution is the latest title in Bandai Namco and CyberConnect2’s highly acclaimed Naruto Storm series of fighting games, and will be available for the PS3, Xbox 360 and even the PC, where it is getting a release on Steam.

The game is set to contain a host of stories that were never before shown in either the anime or the manga, including the Creation of Akatsuki, Shisui’s backstory, and Kushina’s interaction with Minato and his team. It’s out this September.
