Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited Confirmed for US and Europe

May 16, 2014 by Ian Miles Cheong

The turn-based strategy RPG will be headed to the US and Europe.

Nippon Ichi Software has revealed today that it plans to release Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited, on August 12 in North America, and on August 29 in Europe on the PlayStation Vita.

The turn-based strategy RPG is an “expanded an enhanced” version that includes all new content including new characters, spells, techniques, and all of the downloadable content available for the PS3 version of the game. The PS3 version was originally released way back in 2011 and has seen a host of DLC.

The game will also feature new scenarios, adding more backstory to the characters, as well as new music tracks.

Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited is one of three Japanese games by the publisher headed to Europe and North America. Battle Princess of Arcadias, a side-scrolling beat-em-up, is headed to PS3. Fairy Fencer F, is headed to PlayStation 3
