New Armor and Area Artwork for Pillars of Eternity

April 30, 2014 by Yesika Reyes

Obsidian’s upcoming title released new artwork showcasing new armor and artwork.

Pillars of Eternity, formerly known as Project Eternity, released new artwork of in-game armor and areas on Obsidian's website.

The armors featured were of plate and scale material. It was noted that there are varieties that for female characters as well. Each armor types also have a variety of quality levels: normal, fine, and exquisite. It was noted that armor sets can be tinted too.

As for the areas, there were three places shown. Anslog's Compass was the first area and it has a marooned beach feel to it. There was also a room filled with wood and it's called the Hall of Heroes, a meeting place for visiting warriors within Twin Elms. The other area is one section of a larger dungeon called the Cilaban Rilag Entrance.

Check out the photos below:

The present name of the game was accidentally revealed last October through an update. We also did an interview with Chris Avellone about the game, and a follow-up months after.
