The Amazing Spider-Man 2 On 3DS In Development By High Voltage Software

March 24, 2014 by Holly Green

The handheld sequel will debut on the 3DS at the end of April, how will it fare under High Voltage’s supervision?

Nintendo's official page dedicated to The Amazing Spider-Man 2 for 3DS has revealed that the developer behind the project, Illinois based studio High Voltage Software.

Previously one of the few third party developers to develop on the Wii, High Voltage is probably best known for The Conduit and a steady backlog of shovelware. Most recently they appear to have worked on Injustice: Gods Among Us and Saints Row IV, and released Zoombies: Animales de la Muerte, which originally was slated for Wii then marked for PC and Xbox 360 before finally ending up on iOS. The Grinder, which was poised to become one of the best mature games available for the Wii, disappeared off the radar, and an official statement was never given on its release status.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will debut on the 3DS on April 29, 2014.
