EA Pushes Marketing Dollars to The Limit, Titanfall Freerunning Pilots Invade London

March 14, 2014 by Ian Miles Cheong

A pair of freerunners in Titanfall gear have invaded the streets of London.

To commemorate the launch of Titanfall in the UK, Respawn Entertainment and EA Games had a couple of freerunners all cosplay’d up in Titanfall outfits running through the streets of London. It’s hard to say what kind of impact this had, if any, on marketing the game to the general public, but it looks cool so we’re posting about it anyway.

EA Games’ partner PR described the duo as “free runners [having the run of London, wowing commuters with gravity defying stunts” much as they would in the game itself, where freerunning/parkour is totally a thing Titanfall’s pilots get up to.

TItanfall is out right now for the Xbox One and PC (via Origin) and is soon set for release on the Xbox 360. Have at it!
