Gone Home Coming to Consoles This Year

March 10, 2014 by Stephen Daly

It’s not yet known which consoles, however.

The Fullbright Company has announced that 2013's indie smash hit Gone Home will be coming to consoles later this year.

Former IGN editor Casey Lynch's independent publisher Midnight City will be handling the port. While the game will be a digital release, the Fullbright Company has yet to specify which consoles Gone Home is in development for.

You can read our review of the original PC release here which awarded the game a 10/10 rating saying "Gone Home’s approach to offering huge scale by focusing on minutia is unique and hopefully the genesis point for a new type of game, one where you’re given a fully realised world and are allowed to walk around in it, exploring, breathing in detail at your own pace."
