The Elder Scrolls Online Beta Updated WIth Tons of Fixes

February 24, 2014 by Ian Miles Cheong

A ton of fixes have been added to The Elder Scrolls Online through the release of a new update.

The Elder Scrolls Online remains a month away from release, and its developers at Zenimax Online Studios are using that time to polish the game up to a sheen.

Today, the developers released the patch notes for version 0.18 of the beta, bringing a host of new features in addition to tons of fixes and improvements in existing content based on tester feedback.

Players now have the option to go directly to their first alliance city upon completing the game's tutorial instead of having to go through the game's earliest quests. The game has also been rebalanced so that starting leveling can be done quicker, while leveling up in later parts of the game is slightly slower. Also implemented is NPC collision, so you can't walk through characters.

Here's the rest of the patch notes.
