We have for you a special guide for The Elder Scrolls Online. This is a map revealing the locations of the Skyshards around Cyrodiil. Of course, this is very spoilery, and may even ruin the game for you, so don’t click though that link too hastily. If you don’t know why that is, let us explain it for you below.
Skyshards are special items scattered around Tamriel. They are intended as motivation for players to go out and explore the game world. They can be found in public dungeons, explorable caves, and regular overland areas.
Here’s the real clincher. Every three Skyshards you collect, you earn one skill point. With this map, you have an essentially hassle free way to raise your character’s stats.
These Skyshards were found by a player in public beta, and he only missed five of the fortyfive Skyshards in Cyrodiil. These are the three Skyshards in Daggerfall, and the two Skyshards in Aldmeri. These appear to be near Elder Scroll temples which were blocked off by a gate.
The Elder Scrolls Online is coming to Windows and OS X on April 4, and on Xbox One and Playstation 4 on June.
