Killer Instinct Trailer Readies for Spinal’s Return

January 31, 2014 by Andrea Castellano

Spinal joins the Killer Instinct as the first DLC fighter.

As ships sink around the battlefield, Spinal joins the Killer Instinct roster and the next playable fighter.

The undead, walking skeleton joins the roster today as the first new character since the Killer Instinct launch. Players who purchased the Combo Breaker Pack or the Ultra Edition pack receive Spinal at no additional cost. Alongside Spinal's arrival, players receive a new stage and stage music.

At the end of the trailer Double Helix teases the next character to join the roster as many players will recognize Fulgore. When Fulgore releases he too will add to the roster for players who purchased one of the two roster pack options.

Xbox One owners can purchase the Killer Instinct base game for $19.99, or download the free version that rotates in a new character every few weeks.
